Happy Birthday Chaddy!
Last Sunday was Chad's 25th birthday, so what better way to celebrate than to make cake and have friends over to eat it?

RODEO
Last week, I attended my first rodeo and I have to say it was quite the experience. We were lucky to go with Kimber & Kenzie and Kaitlin & Danny who happened to be in town.
I think my favorite part was the mutton busting and the cash cow. As the announcer stated, "mutton busting is the only legal form of child abuse in the state of Utah!" I found this to be quite true as three and four year olds with little helmets and nerves of steel, held on for dear life to wild sheep. Hilarious.

The cash cow... money taped to two cows and all the kids set loose to try and take it for their own. Entertainment in its finest.

If you live in Utah, you need to go to a rodeo at least once, its quite the experience. Hee-yah!

7 days of work straight.
I just worked the last 7 days straight and am utterly and completely exhausted. I just wanted to explain the lack of blogging and assure that I will be posting soon. This past Sunday- Wednesday I was up in Montana working and then Thursday- Saturday, working back here in Provo. 7 days in a row of 13-15 hour shifts can get quite long and overwhelming. That's it for now... I will post soon.

It must be summer time...
We know its summer here in Utah when we pile into a car and drive ourselves down to Payson with a car full of firearms. Apparently having a gun is a cool thing to do when you live here, which means each of our friends have one too! Between the three couples we had 2 shotguns, a handgun, and a .22 rifle. The day was beautiful and clear- nobody had to wear a sweatshirt. Just blue skies, a box of clay pigeons, and good friends to go shooting with.
