[Ryder :: 2 months}

A few days late, but Ryder man is now 2 months old. Its crazy how fast time flies, it seems like he's been a part of our family for much longer than just two months. We are loving getting to know this little man and its been interesting learning how to incorporate him into our family.
2 month stats:
Weight: 11.22 lbs (24.52 %tile)
Length: 23.5 in (71.95 %tile)
Head Circumference: 15.5 in (58.72 %tile)

Here are some of the new things about Ryder at 2 months:

• He is growing like a weed, all of a sudden he seems to be huge! Well, at least he is quite long. He's wearing 0-3 month clothes, however we are running into the problem that clothes are either the right length but too big/loose around the middle, or fit him right around the waist but are too short.
  
• He LOVES bath time, it calms him right down and he loves just hanging out in the warm water.
• He's getting to be a pretty good sleeper at night- he usually has a 6-7 hour stretch (we've had one 8 hour stretch) before he wakes up and then will go back to sleep and sleep another 3-4 hours. Not too bad. The one night we put him to bed at 10 and he woke up at 6, I had to do a double take when looking at the clock. It was glorious!
• We've been having some issues with reflux and are now trying to figure out if there's anything I'm eating that's causing it. That means I'm on a strict 2 week diet restriction and then I'll slowly start adding foods back in to see how it affects Ryder. That means no dairy products, whole grains, corn, tomatoes, citrus fruits, chocolate, fish, nuts (which includes peanut butter!), strawberries, and eggs. When the doctor told me that I couldn't eat ANY of those things, I couldn't really think of much that was left over to actually eat! I'm counting down the days and are currently surviving on lots of fruits/veggies, chicken, and rice... including rice milk.
• He is not a fan of tummy time, but we make him do it several times a day. His neck strength isn't great yet, but he's slowly getting better!
• Officially moved his cradle into the second bedroom. Its only been one night so far, but it was so nice to not have to worry about every single noise and whether it was going to wake him up.
• Still eats like a champ- super impatient though and when he decides it is time to eat, he wants everything else to be dropped so he can eat RIGHT NOW.
  
• Starting to grab at toys while he's sitting in his bouncer.
• His eyes are most definitely BLUE. When he's wearing blue, they are especially gorgeous.
• Has developed the cutest little chubby cheeks which receive hundreds of kisses a day- it's hard to resist!
• Has more pictures taken of him than he knows how to handle!
