After Las Vegas, we were in the car once again and headed down to Southern California for the graduation celebration.
On Wednesday morning, Luke's 5th grade graduation was the first event of the day.... doesn't he look excited to be there?

... almost just as excited as Chad and my dad.

The entire 5th grade graduation took 2 hours! I couldn't believe it, but they had a full agenda planned of awards, songs, video slide shows. Who knew that moving from the 5th to the 6th grade was such a big deal?

Luke and a buddy.

While we were at the elementary school, I made Chad come and look at my lasting impression at Crown Valley. It's hard to see, but my sisters and I have our handprints in that slab of concrete! Crown Valley will never forget the 16 year Myer legacy.

Later on that afternoon, it was time for the Dana Hills Graduation. My little brother and sister were there at 1:00 p.m. to save seats in the jam-packed stadium so that we would have somewhere to sit when the procession started at 4:00 p.m.
The new graduate!

While listening to all of the other names getting called, we tried to amuse ourselves as best we could in the stands. Luke and one of his best friends from birth, Thomas.

This is Thomas' model shot.

Congratulations Riley!

Eliza Bourne, what would a party be without the Bournes for entertainment?
